You are welcome to download our Parish registration form, complete it, and email it to the Pastor’s secretary Debora (dscaramucci@mdpparish.com) or mail it to the Parish Offices. We will contact you to set up a registration meeting between you and the pastor. The process will take on average 15 minutes of time. We look forward to having you in our parish!
