7th Annual Holiday Craft Show Nov. 15th, 2008 |
Please join us on Saturday, November 15th from 9:00-3:00 for our 7th annual Holiday Craft Show and Bazaar. Due to the addition of our new Parish Hall, there is even more space and this year promises to be our best show to date! We are inviting past vendors, as well as new crafters to improve the diversity and quality of the show. Please note, this show is limited to crafters that make their own items. Vendor spaces will be located either in the gym (table size 6x3) or in the hallways throughout the school (table size 8x2). You may indicate your preference, but the final decision for placement is made by the show committee. Please indicate on the application form, if you would like a table to be provided for an additional $5.00 charge, or if you would prefer to bring your own set-up. Also, only items that are listed on the application form will be allowed to be sold the day of the show. Returning vendors will be given placement preference, but after April 1st, acceptance is on a first come-first served basis at the discretion of the committee. If this is your first year applying to our show, please include pictures of your work and set up, if possible. These will be returned the day of the show. This is to insure diversity of the show and proper spacing of vendors with like items. Checks should be made out to Mother of Divine Providence, and should be sent to Jayne Lloyd, 245 Sweetbriar Circle, King of Prussia, PA 19406, along with the application form.
Last year we highlighted over 80 vendors and their handiwork, and had over 1000 shoppers come through our doors. With continued word of mouth and excellent advertising, we hope to increase these numbers this year. Back by popular demand is our “Vendor’s Raffle”. The vendors pick one item that they would like to “raffle” and display at their table. We assign numbers to each vendor and sell tickets to encourage shoppers to visit each and every booth at the show.
Thanks for your interest in our show. Please spread the news about our show to other vendors that you think would be interested, as well as at other shows. We are still accepting applications and appreciate the advertising! I look forward to seeing you in November.

Please enclose a check for $25/$30 per space to Jayne Lloyd and mail to the address on the previous page. Should a conflict or emergency arise, refunds will be given if we are able to sell your space. Absolutely NO refunds will be made after September 1st.
You will be able to set up the day before the show, and we will have help available to assist with unloading and setting up. Just be sure to let me know what needs that you have.
Directions and set up times will be sent out via e-mail, the month before the show. |
